The carer agrees to provide the following services to the client:

Medication is prepared by the registered nurses only.

Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene.

Preparing and serving light meals.  Breakfast, sandwiches, making tea and coffee.  Assisting with mobility and transferring.

Performing light housekeeping duties such as laundry, wash the dishes used for food preparation, maintaining a clean kitchen, clean sink, stove, counters and client living area.

Fold clothing and linens.

Daily make the bed and or change bed linen as and when required.

Providing companionship by engaging in conversation and in social activities such as reading to the client, playing games with the client.

Monitoring and reporting any changes in the Client’s health or condition.

Any other services mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
