My name is Sr Debbie and I am the owner of Lighthouse Beacon Nursing Agency, specializing in home based care.
We are providers of affordable, highly skilled and compassionate professional home care nursing staff and carers.
Supporting the activities of daily living, care of personal hygiene, comfort and grooming.
Servicing the northern suburbs, and surrounding areas of the Western Cape.

I am a highly trained and skilled nursing consultant with a wide range of training and experience.
My training and experience includes the following:
- Diploma in General Nursing, Psychiatry, Midwifery and Community Health
- Post Graduate Intensive Care Nursing Science
- Regional Manager of Critical Care Services, ICU, Coronary Care, Cath Lab, Emergency Room
- Set Up and management of the ICU and CCU of a new hospital

Criteria of Carers
- Vetted by a Registered Nurse
- Certified ID copy
- Certified Home-Based Care Certificate
- SAPS Name Clearance
- CV with reference contacts
- Hepatitis B screen
